We understand that sometimes life changes and it’s out of your control, so we will always do our best to minimise any expense to you if you have to cancel or amend your booking

We charge a 20% deposit to secure your booking, but of course you can pay the full amount upon booking if you like.

Up to 1 month before your booking, cancellation is free. Less than one month notice we charge a 20% cancellation charge. This charge can be waived if you transfer your deposit to another booking in your name from the same address up to one week before your booking.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the traffic! Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for delays however caused and for any financial or other loss resulting from the delay. That said if we are more than 20 minutes late to collect you your bill will be halved! (this has never happened to date)

ALL Quotes will include the congestion charge where applicable, toll roads, parking and VAT at the current

rate. So, no hidden charges with us!

Personal belongings can be left in the vehicle at the passenger’s own risk. They will always get locked away, out of sight, but we cannot accept responsibility for their contents.

We can offer a credit account of up to 60 days for Corporate account customers (this is subject to internal approval) so please get in touch!
